Troubleshooting
In case of a technical problem concerning a Kündig unit, please proceed as follows:

Analyse the problem and note the frequency and the possible problem causing situation.

We recommend to first consult the "Trouble Shooting" chapter in the instructions manual. If the problem still cannot be solved, proceed as follows:

Complete the service form below. The most important number is the unit's serial number! The more information we have, the easier it is for us to assist you efficiently and quickly. Please fill out a separate form for each defective unit.
